Via the digital documentation portal you can download the technical documentation of a Mark AIRSTREAM heat recovery unit or air handling unit. To access this documentation, you must enter both the order number and the serial number of the device.
Order number: this concerns Mark’s order number, which can be found on the order confirmation and the type plate of the appliance. It is a 6-digit base number starting with a 3, followed by a dash and 2 digits for the extension number (eg 312345-01).
Serial number: can be found on the type plate of the appliance, it concerns a 10-number code starting with ZA (example: ZA00N00001).
